It Is Your Birthday, Shout HOORAY!!!

DSC_3080

I am officially 2!!!

We started off the day with the traditional going out for breakfast. And let me tell you, there is something cool about having a celebration be for you.

And some how Michelle ended up being there too . . . hmmm . . . we have no idea how she got there. But don't worry, we just happened to show up at a time that only a few other customers would be at the restaurant. Crazy how that all worked out.

As you can see I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast of a pancake with butter and maple syrup, a side of bacon (thanks to Mommy), chicken tenderloin (thanks to Daddy), and blue crayon (thanks to kind hostess). It was delicious.

Later in the evening we had a little party with some of our best buddies. My cousin Dallas was so excited for me to see what they had picked out for me we couldn't even wait for the party to start. It is so nice to have a boy my age around, we understand each other.

We had the traditional pizza dinner followed by cake and ice cream. I even blew the candle out all by myself!

My favorite part was the chocolate frosting, but you would never have guessed that.

Then we finished off the evening by unwrapping the rest of the presents. One of my best buddies down the street got me the most awesome bath boat toy. Michelle got me some totally cool Thomas the Tank Engine clogs. And, sigh, I also got a bunch of clothes from Mommy and Daddy (they are practical like that).

But . . . Daddy came through for me and found a set of tools just for me! (Don't worry Norm Abram, it came with a set of safety goggles.) Wow, this was wonderful day. Oh, and those clogs Michelle got me, yep I plan on wearing them to bed tonight.

Happy Birthday to Ryker!

I want to lick my screen when I look at that big cupcake! I am glad that Ryker showed how enjoyable they were.

I am also glad that Michelle snuck away from her house-arrest to go out to breakfast. I love your tradition!

Happy Birthday! Ryker sure is a handsome boy. I can't believe he is two, that means we've been away for far too long. I hope he did wear his goggles to bed!

Happy Birthday! How the heck did Michelle sneak past the gate guard on her escape to freedom?! Somebody watch that girl...or was it Ryker and his amazing escape skills that can be credited here?
