Being sick in the hospital is hard on a person. You lose lots of strength and muscles. So I am having to back track with a lot of strengths. But I know I can get it back.
Some simple games of standing up and squatting down.
Working on my balance.
Upper body strength.
And finish with some stretches. This is exhausting work, but I can do it!
