Balloons, BIG Balloons!

Okay, So Ryker and I have come to the consensus that if it were not for amazing friends and family we would constantly miss out on the most exciting things in the world. Case in point: last night we went to the park and saw the most amazing thing. Giant Hot Air Balloons!DSC_2535

Seriously, Mickey was HUGE! Ryker and I had to keep asking for more and more and more. It was just amazing.

This is the Super Amazing and Very Cool Friend who clued Mommy and Daddy on this amazing family activity.

We got front row seats (meaning the grass right in front of the taped off area). Oh and the Pirate Flag, that is for you Tino.

It was awesome watching them race to see who could fill their balloons first.

And catching glimpses of the fire. WOW!

Seriously, this was absolutely amazing!

And then we counted down and watched the whole row light up. So beautiful! We could actually feel the heat. It was well worth staying up late. In fact Ryker cried when we got home because he loved it so much.

Well, even though they might not ever know about these events. They at least take us and let us have fun. Guess they are not that bad after all.

I wish the balloon launch here was done in the evening instead of around 6 a.m. I'm glad you all were able to enjoy it.
